Hi all,

I asked this question here:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...u-refill-brand-new-prefilled-cartomizers.html

And while I appreciate the response, it didn't really address my question.

I know how to fill blank cartomizers. What I would really like to know is can anything be done about cartomizers that currently have liquid in them.

Can they be emptied somehow and replaced with a different liquid? I have tried a few of the suggested methods for refilling (boiling, rinsing, etc) but just ended up with some waterlogged and ruined carts.

... then fill the carto with PGA (everclear or 151 vodka) and do it again.
