In my opinion you want to get your dad a simple set-up. Aspire Nautilus (full size or mini) gets my vote for the atomizer. Its one of the simplest tanks to use. Your device on the other hand is up in the air...many choices in every price range. I would go with a vv/vw box mod set-up with built in battery to keep the cost down. Do you have an idea of how much you want to spend? The biggest problem will be finding an

I started out with cig-a-likes they got me interested in
