Can you thin a juice with water?

That's pretty much all I wanted to ask. I got some 40/60 PG/VG juices, not realizing that was not the optimum ratio for the Go-go cartos. The one I've tried so far is working okay, but would it work better if I thinned it a little bit? I only got small trial sizes, so it's not really worth going through a lot of trouble to adjust them, but if adding a couple of drops of water would work, that would be great.

I use distilled water ($1 a gallon in grocery stores) for DIY mixing, but for just a couple drops in a sample bottle any bottled water should be fine.

I've read PGA works, but I don't have any. I've got vodka, rum, gin, etc... but no PGA.

Vodka will work, too, and probably impart a little warmth and a touch of extra TH to the mix.

High proof unflavored vodka is fine, too, and since it is thinner (less dense) than water you need less. No PGA in NY, so I use 160 vodka for DIY when I want that instead of water. You just add a couple %, then shake the bottle to mix it.

Ah, I already used the water. I will try vodka on the next one. A little extra TH would be good since I got the VG ratio so high in these.

And, no PGA in NY??? I did not realize that. I used to live close to Syracuse and I guess I just never looked for it.

Oh, I was actually pretty close to Baldwinsville! We lived in Cazenovia.

I like it up here No PGA in the nanny state, but Devil's Springs 160 proof is easy to get, plenty strong enough for DIY.

I liked it okay, except for the lake effect snow. That was a bit much for an Alabama girl. It's beautiful up there in the summer though.
