Can you use a 901 PCC for an 808 Shorty or reg Batt?

Does anyone know if you can use this pcc for the 808 shorty and reg batts? Since they have the same threading I would think it would be possible. Are there any charging issues that I am missing? Here is a link to the 901 pcc ....

SOrry--I just saw this while looking for something else.

Yes, it does work.

The batteries are not the same, though, so it takes longer to charge the 808 battery than it does to charge the 901, but that is not due to the PCC.

Yes it does work with all KR8 batteries but only the short ones will actually fit inside and it takes a bit longer to charge them.

Just FYI e-smokeytreats.com says their 901 PCC does not work with manual batteries (no room for the button).

I am trying to find a 901 PCC that works with manuals (for my shorty KR8 manuals)

However this is interesting. I wondering if this is something we can really hope to see soon
