Had a mix up with my order where in the envelope was another customers order. 4x30ml bottles. I was disappointed. Contacted them right away via email. I was treated incredibly awsome by Kylan.

Here is the responses I got...........


"Hello. Please accept our sincere apologies. We can have your proper
> order shipped out for Monday arriving Tuesday or offer you a refund on

"Thank you for understanding. here is the new tracking number. We also
> put in a couple extras for the trouble"


How that for customer care? Plus did not even ask for the wrong product back!
