It's not the vendors responsibility to ensure legality. It's the buyers. Once the package leaves the vendor, it's out of their hands and they have fulfilled their obligation to you.

What happens is that if the package is refused, customs information will be updated stating the package has been sent back to the vendor.

You will also recieve a letter in the mail stating the fact.

Born has the right of it, if like me, you don't want to deal with the headache of risking a shipment being refused entry order from some of our Canadian suppliers who have dealt with all of this for us.
That said I have a couple of orders from china and USA I am in the process of setting up to see how I make out, done it before with good success.
For best results remember to keep your hardware shipments separate from your juice shipments, that way if they stop the liquid due to nicotine present you should still get the hardware.

All the best, Happy vaping,
Wing.

It is not that they are illegal in Canada.Just that Health Canada has the head shoved up there ...... like the FDA does.If you ordered pre filled cartos and the supplier marked the content then you will have problems.

If the delivery system contains more than 4 mg of nicotine than a prescription is required. But nicaderm patchs contain up to 24mg of nicotine.Look up nicotine as a schedule f drugs in canada.

My suggestion is for your carts, cartos and other parts buy locally and for juice ask them to mark it as aroma therapy oils.I order from DK at Backwoods brew and never had a problem because of how the package was marked.

I have had a couple of orders stopped by customs and refused entry in to canada.

I just had a njoy npro duo shipped from the usa but when it got stopped by customs all it stated is that it was a 'starter kit' made by njoy. I guess if they just remain vague on what is in the package it'll either get through or be suspicious and get searched. It's a gamble but i'm glad mine worked out or i'd be out in the rain smoking a cig instead of puffing my npro while typing this hahah

We just had an order sit in customs for a month while they did a review. No juice, just hardware. After several calls to customs, it was clear that they had no interest in helping us or telling us anything. The customs jerk even lied to us and also kept saying, "this is not electronic cigarettes is it"

When we finally got the package I discovered the problem. The sender put on the package..................... Electronic Cigarettes!
