being a newb, I could use a little advice on what juice you would recommend. Not so much as to what flavours, but manufacturer or web site. One thing Id like is a site I can pay with visa. Im also guessing a 50/50 ratio.

Sad but true. Of course, the tax haul has to be protected. Sounds like prohibition all over again. Not that I remember prohibition.

List sent! There are no vendors in Canada that I am aware of that sell WTA e-liquids though.

Give it time. If and when we can get the Health Canada problem solved the market will explode and I have no doubt there will be a place for WTA blends.

I'm probably not entirely the right person to be asking about the customer service though because I get sent a lot of stuff for review so I'm kind of a special case, but I can say that the majority on the list (or lists, rather) do have, at the very least, very good if not excellent customer service based on a lot of opinions around here.
