Does anyone know the law that can be looked up on bringing it into the country, as well as the legal/criminal penalties? I know coming down with a box of Cuban Cigars US Customs treats it like you are smuggling a boat load of drugs.
And if the laws are different for mailing it and bringing it in person over the border I'd like to know. Also once inside the country is there a penalty for dispensing 60mg or 100mg nicotine base?
From some of the threads I have been reading it seems like more US packages get stopped by customs than ones coming from China and the Far East.

You were told correctly, and list sent! The reason we do not do it publicly is because E-liquid with nicotine is currently frowned upon by Health Canada, and they have a bad habit of trying to shut down vendors that carry it, and while we're also fairly certain that Health Canada is probably aware of many if not most of the vendors, we'd rather not do their homework for them.
