i have been searching and searching ebay seems to be the only place i can find mod parts i would like to build my own unregulated box mod but shipping on individual parts is crazy and packages are hard to find or sold out any info would be great

Check out DIYBoxModSupply. They are in the US. I don't have any Canadian supplier links.

You could also check around the Modding Forum and the Canada Forum. Read the "stickies" in the Canadian Forum for Canadian juice suppliers.
