Canadian UFS and GG users

Does anybody have any insight as to what has happened with the Canadian UFSs?

I am told that they still haven't arrived to the Canadian reseller. I was under the impression we would receive them last week, like everybody else, then this week. Now I understand we won't get them until some time next week. Is this a Canadian customs issue, or something else entirely?

Canadian seller is a reseller, so it depends on Cameron when he will send his stuff Sea. GG stuff makes a much bigger trip when it goes to the resellers.

Thanks for the reply Imeo, I was wondering though, I thought His name was Daniel? Or is there a middleman. I just want to know if he has received the UFSs or if they are still in transit.

Basically the UFS's have to co through e-cigz.co.uk first, then they're sent on to Gentleman's Reserve? Seems a inefficient setup.

Still no news of our UFS.... Im being very patient here but this is getting ridiculously long. They still havent reached Daniel which means by the time he gets them and then mails it to us, we cant expect them before next week, hopefully? I could have bought one from the classies 2-3 weeks ago and I would be using it right now. By the time I get my hands on my UFS my american friends will already be vaping on their Odysseus.

Makes me wonder what I'll do about Odysseus, will I order it from Daniel or grab one 2nd hand off the classies from some american vaper?

And the same goes with GG spare parts, I wanted to get some tubes to upgrade my GG stealth. I asked Daniel about it and he said he requested brass tubes a while ago, and was still waiting on them. Didnt feel like waiting months and months before I got them, so I was forced to go ahead and order them from a euro reseller, and pay loads of shipping.

Im browsing on CoV website and other euro resellers and they have all these extra parts and such, that they only sell in the US. Then I go to Gentlemen reserve (canadian supplier) and my friend Daniel just has nothing.

I understand that the canadian market might not be as big and lucrative as the american market, but why are we forced to be second class customers? I feel like we get no GG love and have to share the other reseller's leftovers, weeks after everyone else.

I totally agree my friend, though I don't think it is any fault of Imeo's. I want to know how/why the process differs for Canada. Someone told me that the GG Stuff goes through someone else, then to Daniel. Why is there a middle man (if this is indeed the case). I might just start ordering parts through a US address I have and get someone to mail them to me. I am normally very patient but 3 weeks is ridiculously long, especially given the fact that I pre-purchased my stuff.

I dont blame Imeo personally of course, I have had many opportunities to see how dedicated and helpful he is, and he has lots of demand for his produce, and he works more then he should to make everyone happy. That said the distribution process for Canada seems unefficient, but then again without knowing full details, its hard to criticize or find solutions. All I know is that we are the last in the WORLD to get our UFS, and by a long time.

Yeah dude, I feel ya. Everyone keeps telling me it will be worth the wait, and I know that regardless of how long it does take, or how frustrated I get, I'll end up loving it and forget about all the hassle.

I just wish we got a mass email or something from GR keeping us posted.

I dont want to blame Daniel at GR either. Hes a really cool guy and hes always been super helpful. He replies to every email quickly. Hes just like us, awaiting for that package to reach him, and from then he will ship it to us directly the next day. The problem is that he is the reseller of a reseller. Unless I'm wrong, Imeo sends stuff to his reseller Cameron in uk? and then Cameron ships part of it to Daniel in BC. Im not sure why Imeo cannot send straight to Daniel, there must be a reason for it, I just dont know what it is

If anything, you'd figure CoV would be a better choice as a reseller for Daniel. At least the shipping would be more reasonable.

And as far as Daniel goes, I agree he is a super nice guy. If I didn't like him, I would have asked for my money back and bought elsewhere by now. I don't think I'll be able to deal with thus next tine though, and I'll probably order my next GG item from someone who gets the product right away.

Oh man, Daniel is seriously an awesome dude. He sent me my first GGTS and let me pick my number. Sent me some of his custom juice to try out and included a nifty little KeyChain.

I think the most important thing is to make an enemy out of Health Canada, I'm sure they have something to do with this

Daniel is a very awesome dude. I got a couple things from him awhile ago and he is very nice to do business with. I also got a nifty keychain I love having a backup bottle of juice on my keychain

Being nice is great! I hope you're all typing away enjoying your new UFS', while we all wonder wtf is going on up here lol..

I don't purchase from online vendors based on who is nice. I give money in exchange for products. I will not rent movies from Joe the nicest local video store if he gets his new releases 6 weeks after everyone else does.
