Neil, I want to cancel my order. I paid for expedited shipping three days ago and the order hasn't even been processed. I am very disappointed, I leave the state in two days, there's no way this is arriving before I'm gone. Please get me a refund.

Hi Nelson, I'm sorry but your order us already on it's way to you, you ordered on Friday night when the warehouse was already closed for the day and it shipped as soon as it opened yesterday.
