If you're off analogs totally, one of the side effects for a lot of people is canker sores. There are some pretty good articles out there about why you get canker sores when you quit smoking.

One theory is that your body adjusts to the toxins cigarettes put in, and once those levels drop after quitting it tries to flush the toxins out, resulting in things like acne and canker sores.

I came across this info trying to find out why I was getting them all of a sudden too :)

I too, am glad to hear I am not the only one! I had thought the detox thing too (yes, I have been analog FREE for almost ten weeks). But I had thought the detox would be over with in the first week or two. I've been trying to be diligent about rinsing my mouth out after every vaping session to see if that helps. I had two bouts of the sores, one at about two weeks and one at about 8 weeks. I GUESS if that is the worst that happens, I can live with it, but still!

I quit analogs 75 days ago, and my last day of vaping was on the 38th day. I quit vaping cuz I blamed vaping for the cancer sores, but I've quit all nicotine now for 37 days and I'm still getting cancer sores. I have noticed many different cleansing responses.

That's awesome that you were able to quit both. How are you doing, besides the sores, I mean?
