That's because you changed your email address to become verified. When you do this, the forum software sends you an email to confirm this change and you must click a link in this email for confirmation. So either you didn't click the link to confirm or the email could have possibly been misdirected to your spam folder. The email service you are using is notorious for sending important emails to spam, even though the email isn't spam. The instructions for becoming verified was pretty clear on this particular step.

**Since the registered email on PayPal and ECF must match, if the email addresses are different, it's best to add the one listed on ECF to your Paypal account. You are allowed more than one email address associated to your Paypal account. If you choose to update the email on the forum, you will be sent a confirmation email in which you will need to confirm the change.**

So either locate the email that was sent and click the link or contact me via the contact page and we can get the problem resolved.
