Can't Access PM Features

I would like to receive a PM from a member but I am unable to access the PM features. From what I understand you need to have 5 posts before you can access PM and that it might take a couple hours after reaching your 5 posts for the server to refresh, but it has been over 24 hours now. Is there any other reason I am not able to receive PM's?

Unregistered supplier groups do not have access to PMs Once your registration is completed you will have access. Contact the supplier admin ( Misty ) via email to complete your registration.
