I've been wondering about that all night. Won't let me change anything either, just re-directs to the thanks for updating message like I've actually done something lol

it started to showing for me 3 minutes ago , i read it and closed it
I made the notice dismissible in the hope that people would read it before clicking the 'X"
I'll let harry Know about this thread so in case he isn't aware of the issue.
Settings should be fixed now, but I'll leave the notice up since Harry is still working.
