Can't decide, any advise?

Looking to upgrade from my ego battery but I don't know what I want!
Its between the Ego V6, the ego mod or possibly a v1 lava tube.
I like the look of the first too most I think.
I'm just getting more and more confussed!
Whatever I get I have to be able to use a vivi nova and a CE4 on it using 2.8 heads.
Any tips? Can I use the nova with all of those?

They are made right there in England, check again.
Main reason I suggested them is because they are local, and make quality stuff.
