Alright...Basically I'm looking for a kit that has this kind of set up and comes with an extra battery for when I have to charge one. Just a simple good battery that can take a good 8 hours or so of continuous vaping and a tank top for the juice so I don't have to constantly refill. I'm new to this so I don't quite understand the different volts or number displays that some of these bigger batteries have. Would appreciate a link to the website of the cig you recommend. I'd like to keep it under $100. Would like to get everything in one place.

Also...some questions:

-Can any juice be used with any e cigarette system?
-How do I go about changing flavors? Do I just have to buy different tanks and fill them with different juices? Or do I wait for it to run out? Do I rinse the tank out when I change flavors?
- Does a higher number MAH have to do with how long the battery will last?
- What does the volt number mean?
-Do water proof models exist for if you wanna smoke in a pool/hot tub?

 Sorry if my questions are dumb. There's just so many products out there and some have a lot of features I don't understand.

Hi DedaChan and welcome :)

Not exactly sure how far you want to go as you have included a picture of a silver bullet mod.

If you want to keep it simple, i would advise an ego T. It doesnt come with a tank but uses cartomizers (some are filled with fibre to soak the nicotine liquid, others have a little tank built into the cartridge that you fill with liquid. The battery will last you a good part of the day and they are nice and portable.

You can also add a tank to a cartomizer and buy bigger battery mods if you so wish but keeping it under $100 would be harder.

Yes any juice can be used in any system although certain flavours can react with the plastic in some tanks, mostly they are all good though.
To change flavours, easiest thing is use a different carto.
Yes a higher MAH rating normally means a longer lasting battery, watch out for exaggerated claims from some manufacturers though, especially if buying generic mod batteries.
The voltage of most smaller e-cigs is around 3.7 volts. People use higher voltage for a better throat hit and taste. It's not just about the voltage though, it depends also on the resistance of your atomizer/cartomizer. There are some good threads here on voltage/resistance.
I haven't seen a waterproof model and i would stay away from the pool with it, you will wreck your device and lithium batteries should be treated with respect.

Your questions aren't dumb so don't be scared to ask away, we are all learning here :)

Hope that helps

Paul

Thanks Paul!

Let's see...what system do you recommend? What does your set up look like Can I add one of those carto tanks on top to any model? I was reading about hybrids and that you don't have to charge them very often.

Also, how do you private message people on here? I've been wanting to ask people more about their system but I can seem to find where to send someone a personal message.

Here's a good system for you would be: E-Power From Smok Tech and HECS
Add Dual Coil Cartomizer Tank Kit & extra cartomizers.

This unit comes with 2 replaceable batteries & you can get the tanks in 3.5 or 6 ml size. They have the prepunched cartomizers.

They are not waterproof. The beauty of this system is that the replacement batteries are cheap. I carry 1 ePower & 1 eGo unit & I have more power from the 2 to last over a day & a half. It you fill a 6ml tank & carry both batteries I'm sure you'll be OK for a day! Depending on the ammount of juice you vape.

And yes, you can use a carto tank with any batt.

It's difficult to recommend a system to other people i find because everyone is different. All i can advise is what has worked for me. For small and compact then anyone of the ego variants is good.
From the way you are talking though it sounds like you are looking for a mod of some type ( a mod is basically a bigger battery housing, some allow you to vary the voltage or use various battery options). There are a number of excellent ones, I use a Provari which many here love but they arent cheap. Silver Bullet(the picture you posted) is a nice mechanical mod and i have heard good things about the lavatube if you want to experiment with variable voltage and don't want to pay Provari money.
I personally haven't used a tank much, I am happier either direct dripping while i am at home onto an atomizer or just using a standard cartomizer while I am out and about.

There is a private message tab at the top of the page you can use.

I don't have my camera handy, but the tank has holes in either end that has O-rings that sear the cartomizer going thru it. It looks just like the pic you posted, except the battery looks a little different.

You fill the tank with juice & you fill the cartomizer, also. The carto has a small hole in it & the juice flows into the cartomizer. Let me see if I can find a fill instruction & a link for the cartos needed. It's easy once you've seen it.

VapourMonkey is correct in saying that when the people on this site wake up, they'll recommend different mods. They did with me when I first started. What they did was confuse me. The ePower is a good, simple replaceable battery unit. It's 3.7v model, with the right juice & nic content has great throat hit & flavor. It's not too complicated (the tank adds a little) but not overwhelming.

The best PV for anyone is the one that gets them off analogs. I think that the ePower is a high end newbie PV. It's a good intermediate unit. The eGo's are about the minimum battery style to keep people on PV's. This is my opinion & mine alone. Everybody's gotta find what works for him/herself.
