No it's not. And yes the one from V4L is gross.
Sorry! I like V4L but not their juices. Not that there's anything wrong with them, just not for me.
Try the nuport from nhaler. If you don't like it, I'll buy it from you.
It's not like you close your eyes and think you're smoking a newport or anything like that. But it's not that super minty taste that makes you feel like your sucking on a wintergreen tic tac. I also have nhaler's 555 menthol but I prefer the nuport.
I have the 24 mg and like it. I'm tempted to try the menthol at backwoods brew. His juice is more on the subtle side but excellent. I sometimes vape his Virginia and add a drop of artic ice to it.
I still prefer the nhaler Nuport juice for a menthol, but his juice is excellent.

Here's a review of Halo's menthol. I haven't tried it but I've read a lot of great reviews about it.

Your taste buds are still recovering. I'm four weeks off analogs and still have good and bad vaping days. Stick with it, be patient, and don't throw out any juices. (send them to me, instead

Also, water with a splash of lemon juice sometimes works well for me to wake up my taste buds. Not always, but we need to up our fluid intake anyway.

Hi Loft...I have been a Newport smoker for 25 years...1.5 to 2 packs a day. I have tried just about every menthol juice out there, nothing comes even close to a real Newport. I took a chance and ordered a few samples from Halo about a week ago, Truepure and Menthol Ice. At first I was not impressed, after a day or so of vaping these 2 juices I noticed I kept going back to them over my other menthol juice samples. I'm on my third day of vaping them and I must say I like them better than anything I have tried to date. I do plan on ordering some more today. They have a taste like nothing I have tried before...they grow on you. They are so clean tasting, I can't put them down. I have 2 ego tank system's and have one tank filled with Menthol Ice and the other with Truepure. I have been chain vaping ever since I tried them, to the point I get shaky and dizzy from the 24 nic. My next order will be 18 nic. Give them a try and make sure you give them a couple of days and see if they grow on you like they did me. Good luck.
I hope they're good as well. I have that sample pack, as well as 15 other flavors coming from FSUSA... and should be here between today/tomorrow. I should hopefully find something that I like lol... My wallet is on fire though and I've given it to my sweetie so that I don't end up ordering anything else until I give these samples a chance.
Oh, and how is the tank setup working for you? I'm currently using Joye 510 cartomizers... but they don't hold much and topping them off is a pain since I can't see how much juice is in them, not to mention using a needle looks kind of suspicious when I'm at work lol...
You might also want to try the Nuport from nhaler. After I tried it I ordered 3 - 30 ml bottles. I don't want to be without it.
I ditto the remarks on Halo, especially TruePure. It is my all day everyday! I do not believe anything will ever replace this. Every once in a while I will vape a mix of sour apple & grape, bur not often. Last weekend I added a drop of Vaperite Vanilla Bean to my TruePure just for a change-up, and I enjoyed that.

Don't forget to check out Liberty-Flights.com...I had the same problem and ordered about 11 samples of their tabacco and finally found my juice...USA mix is dry on the inhale and sweet on the exhale. Lots of different tabacco flavors to choose from and the last time I checked they still had their 20% sale going on plus you earn money for every review you give and 2.99 shipping...Love this site!
I find the best analog like flavor is the flue cured tobacco mixed with darjum black or clove. It tastes almost like a clove cigarette, but is sweeter and I really find myself preferring it to the actual cigarette. The Blue Ice from High Caliber is pretty close to a regular menthol, especially mixed with 555 liquid (it's also the only one I've found that doesn't taste like Colgate). I also find that high voltage LR cartomizers with flue cured tobacco flavors taste not so much like actual cigarettes, but like a nice pipe tobacco, which, in my opinion, is the only way tobacco really tastes good.
So, I've been messing around with the menthol flavors from Halo, and I'm not liking them either. I'm starting to seriously get discouraged because nothing is satisfying... I'm even contemplating going back to analog.

DEKANG menthol is actually pretty good and affordable and this is coming from someone very loathe to overpraise anything in life especially when it comes to the world of e-cigs and the over gushing praise a lot of these products recieve and then I find to be utterly unwarranting of said praise.
The best menthol I found though was from an italian firm called 'Laduce' on sale in an high st e-cig store here in S.Korea (high st ecig stores are everywhere here and even advertise on tv lol.) Expensive at 14usd for 10ml that it costs here, but i have to say well worth it and several others i've tried do not even come close so i will be going back and paying that price.
But yeah, try the dekang, it really is very good. If you've ever had a Dunhill ice, I swear if someone blindfolded you and said you were going to toke on a dhi with a whistle tip on for hygeiene- you would believe that was what you were toking.
I think madvapes do a 50ml bottle for like 11usd lol. Honestly, if you find that dissapointing I would be willing to make a youtube vid of myself eating a hat.

Try purecig menthol from fsusa,its a perfect menthol cig flavor,no mint/mouthwash taste at all.
I actually tried that tonight along with the Fire & Ice and I wasn't opposed to it, but it wasn't a favorite.
