Is there a gap? I found on my Ultramax that it didn't thread down all the way. This is also a common issue on some Reo's, Provari, and a couple other mods as they apparently are not using standard size 510 threading. I tapped out my Ultramax to allow fitment and all is well. But the copper colored band above the threads should not have a gap between the atomizer interface and it.

Reference this post w/ image for a better understanding of what I'm trying to say... lol

It'll work on my REO and my Icon, but not my Omega... any ideas how I can fix this? I screwed it in as tight as it'll go... I can probably try to force it some more.. is this a good idea? Really want this to work on my Omega as it's the PV I use at home

Check to make sure the positive post of the atty hasn't been pushed up in the atty. The proper position of the post should be slightly proud. If not try gently prying the post out with a paper clip. Alternating devices with the same atty often leads to this fiasco. It is better to dedicate attys to individual devices.

This isn't the 306 but it's an image I did on another post. Same principle.

The center posts on different cartomizers have different depths to them. If it barely touches and you bump the carto it pushes it up just far enough that it won't fire on that PV but will on another. Pull it up just a tad but don't turn it. Then as your tightening your carto hold your button down. When you hear it firing stop there.
