I just picked up an Igo-L from a local vape shop about 2 hours ago, I've built 4 coils for it so far and every single time I get super harsh, burnt/dry taste that makes me cough up a lung and hurts my chest.. not to mention barely any vapor, its not even 1/100th of the vapor production I see others getting on RBAs and tastes absolutely terrible. I am so envious of people who get that kind of vapor production. I guess I just have no idea what I'm doing. I just use a small hex key, wrap about 5 wraps, hook it up and heat the coil to glowing for about 10 seconds, thread my wick and its always a terrible vape :(

pictures help and a little more info.

what kind of wick? is it loose or too tight in the coils.
what kind of coils micro? regular?
what gauge wire?
are you sure your lining up the airhole and coil correctly?
are you sure the wick is actually getting fully wet?

its hard to guess with very basic information provided.

The first thing to try is that you need to line up your airholes with your coil. When you suck air in, it should pass through the airhole onto the coil to get vapor.

Secondly, what volt are you setting your device at and what is the resistance of your coil? When you fire the coil, do all the coils glow evenly?

+2 for this setup. I use a paperclip to make nano coils though and have no access to cotton balls atm so I'm using silica but this is a really easy setup to get right.
