Can't Place Order/Error Message

I'm not sure what's wrong, but it seems that parts of the website aren't working for me. I'm trying to order the RN4081 usb passthrough and when I click on "Add to Cart" the page reloads and adds the "error_alert.gif" picture.

I thought maybe I had to create an account first, but I get the same problem in account creation too. Help, please?

The error .gif means the item is out of stock.

I had suspicions that was the reason, however when I got the same error simply trying to create an account, I thought there might be something else wrong too.
