The forum refreshes itself at 25 minutes past the hour. You should be good to go now.

Well, I just replied to someones thread and it looks like it released the restriction. Maybe it doesn't count starting a new thread as a post? Or it could be what you said too.

Just so you know, once you are a full member; you can answer posts in the new person forum but you cannot start one. You post in the regular forum areas now.
