Can't post in my own thread - moderator help please

Hi,

I've run into a problem where I can't post on The Really Big RY4 Roundup thread in the e-liquid reviews Forum.

I'm the OP, primary reviewer, and custodian of the thread.

The "Reply" button under each post has vanished, along with the posting box at the bottom of each page. "Reply to Post" is still present and takes me to the Advanced page, but when I submit my post, I get a dialog box saying that I don't possess sufficient privileges to post.

Every other thread operates normally for me. I can post without any problems (and have done so to make sure). Only my own thread has gone wonky.

I'm unaware of having done anything to cause this. I didn't change any settings. Also, I'm unaware of having violated any forum rules that might have provoked removal of my privileges to post in my own thread.

I need a moderator to tell me what's up with this, please, because it's very strange and mysterious.

Is it only that thread Bill? Have you done the flush cookies, browser cache, log out, log back in deal yet to see if it resolves the issue?

If it makes you feel any better, I took a peek and discovered I have no posting permissions at all in the entire E-Liquid Review Forum. Looks like a switch got thrown someplace that shouldn't have been thrown.

I logged out (which cleared my cookies) and logged back in. Everything appears to be working again. Yes, I just left a post on the RY4 thread. My ECF life is back to normal.

I don't know if my logging out and back in fixed the problem, or if either of you moderators worked your magic. Whatever. But thanks again!

If there was any magic, it would have been conjured up by Sarge. If it was my suggestion about the cookies and cache, you're most welcome. Glad your issue is fixed.
