Can't post in other areas

I have what I thought was the minimum number of posts to post in other areas, but when I tried to start a new topic in the modding area, it wouldn't let me. Any help?

The server will reset at 25 after and you'll be able to then.

After 5 posts you need to wait about 30-60 min for the server to reset I think on the bottom of the hour.

Give it a few and you should be good to post in other sections.

The forum resets once an hour, I believe at :25 after. If you got your required posts in after that, you may have to wait. Also, a few of the forums require 15 posts to post in. I don't know if modding is one of those.

Correction to the above replies, the modding forum requires 15 posts before you can post there.

edit: LisaR beat me to it, but yes, modding is one of them.
