Can't seem to find this piece

I lost a bottom piece of the vivi that fits into the 3.5ml. Is there any store that sells that component alone or am I going to buy the vivi kit again?

I haven't seen them sold separately. I suppose the good news is that if you loose the top piece of your new one you will have a spare.
