Where Can I Get A......? Blue foam pad/ pieces

I know I've seen it mentioned a couple of times but for the life of me I can't find the thread(s) it was in.
There's a supplier - one of the ECF approved ones - who sells the already cut up blue foam pieces for about 75cents or soemthing but I can't track them down.
My local petshop seems permanently out of it so I was going to buy some online (the actual pads) but I can't seem to find that either - is it the Marineland size U? or have I got the name slightly wrong there? My searches at places like petsmart aren't giving me any hits..unless they are sold out too lol
