Can't sell atomizers on eBay anymore

I've noticed on how things are worded. If a certain word is listed then it gets pulled.

It's all in the wording, they just worded it wrong and it got flagged. Many people have said it's getting harder and harder to get around eBay policy.

Amazon has closed venders using the word vape in their listing or company name before too. Usually they reopen omitting the word in a couple of weeks.

The problem with ebay is if it's reported to paypal, their $ can be seized and account closed.

I think a number of companies get reported by competitors or by manufacturers because they aren't "authorized retailers" with agreements. It's kinda like playing whack-a-mole.

I tried to buy some aspire clone coils but paypal wouldn't accept the order. I never did figure out how to pay for them using ebay.

Nope. The prohibition of e-cigarette sales on has been Fleabay policy for years now. Same with Amazon and PayPal.

Last i checked SS Acrylic PP cotton silica kanthal, contain zero derivatives from tobacco so its not a lie. It is absolutely stupid to even classify the devices as such. The juice containing nicotine extracted from tobacco while i do not consider it tobacco and see as a real stretch is the only viable thing to even consider a tobacco product.

While i agree, i generally support US Born/Ran Websites who often have local B&M's , It doesnt change my mind that i can/will get whatever i want and trying to tell me some piece of stainless steel or quartz cylinder is somehow a tobacco product i await the day i get caught "smuggling" unauthorized tobacco "products"

I think it will be funny when they start some class action law suits for false advertising. When you buy a mod and it says "This product contains tocacco" but it doesn't that's completely FALSE! It's like saying disposable lighters or matches are a tobacco product.

I cannot wait til they try to enforce that it does, we vape'rs will rise up and bring the largest lawsuit in the 21'st century! We may have to have a martyr here and there but in the end i think we will win against the unjust overregulation. The only ground they have is in the nicotine itself. Hell look at a lot of attys most of them look like some sort of commercial chemical agitator

Did you know that tomatoes and bell peppers contain nicotine? And why is it if I buy batteries, cotton, or wire at a vape shop it's a tobacco product but if I buy those same items anywhere else they are not?

Well, with all the cracking down on vape stuff on eBay, I was pretty amused when I just got this email of their most popular items (I had to clip it but it's recognizable as really from eBay)

Looks like their search filters still need a bit of work if they're serious about vape gear.

FleaBay uses selective moderating from what I have seen and it can also be that only certain keywords trigger the filters.
