Can't Taste Sweet

I made a mix of just 15% Ethyl Molitol and 5% TPA Sweetener, and I can't taste the sweetness. I know that EM is supposed to be what Cotton Candy flavor is, but I'm not getting any of that either. Now, I didn't let it steep, because I didn't think that sweet would have to steep.

But shouldn't I be tasting it at this level? It just tastes like unflavored. Is it just me?

This...I usually add up to 2% EM to my fruits and sometimes bakeries depending on what it is. EM by itself CAN be vaped alone, but since it's dissolved from crystals, there's only a certain level of concentration that can be reached thus leaving you with not much to taste.

Venture over to Hoosier's blog and read up. You'll learn some very important tips. The main one being flavoring levels. More is not always better.

Try vaping some unflavored juice and see if you can taste the difference. Ethyl isn't overpowering. It is very suddle. I use it at up to 20% sometimes.

I did learn that...but it didn't take. Fail. Gotta retake the class.
