This is a really dumb question but i have to ask. I've had my 510 for about a month and from day 1 i've been getting very little vapor and TH on a full cart. Using RY4 from House of Vapor i get a very sweet and full flavor. When the cart starts to get about half way dry im getting less flavor, but huge TH and enormous amount of vapor.

I started dripping and noticed with 2-3 drops i get the same results but after a few hits vapor jumps up again. My concern is that when i get this good TH and vapor the flavor is more of a burnt/sweet kind of flavor. I just received some RY4 from Myfreedomsmokes and with 3-4 drops it has this taste right off the bat and produces great vapor. So I'm not sure if this is just the way the juice tastes or if I'm tasting something else. I know i have juice in there because I'm getting a ton of vapor.
Am i just flooding my atty? I've cleaned it out and tried again with the same results on both of my two atties.

Hate to ask but ... how are you cleaning the atty?

If you have done this
Janty Tip: Cleaning your atomizer the right way

and you know the atty is properly primed after cleaning and you are still getting the burnt taste I would say the atty is toast.

I had one like that, I cleaned it, re-cleaned it and tried several cleaning methods. It did not matter what I did. Time for the recycle bin or garbage.

Ye thats the method i use. It might be my atty, but i cant explain why two would do the same thing. My eGo arrives tomorrow so i'll have to test that atty and see how it stacks up.

Yeah, a little odd that two would act up at the same time.
Regardless, you should have a very good vape with the eGo.

I get that sort of sharp sweet taste, with plumes of vapor, and it is indeed a drying (as opposed to a totally dry) atty. I think we end up vaping 'old crap' LOL. A couple of drips puts it to rights again, and Im not really concenrned about massive amounts of vapor - as long as its 'enough for me' - so it doesn't really worry me. The attys work fine, I dont clean them unless they stop doing anything (like getting hot - mine get so hot I can hardly touch them - I think it keeps them clean 'naturally') and then all I do is give it a hot tap water rinse n long long dry.
I think attys have a fairly brief lifespan (its my personal belief that most of us use the atty for way longer on a daily basis than it was originally designed for) so if one of mine does after 4 months I consider it a good deal and buy more.
