I jinxed myself!!!!!

My order from Halo has been in customs for 9 days -_-. I then ordered from Mad vapers and they had exactly what I wanted and a new esmoke to try out and it arrived in TWO DAYS. Less then 48 hours. And typically on the island we always wait extra long. Amazing.

Buuuut. That still means I have $230 worth of merchandise stuck in customs. They never sent me any sort of indication that its being sent back to Halo or anything.

Looks like you made a BIG order with that Halo Memorial Sale/E-Liquid Promo just as I did. Sorry to hear about your troubles, yes, 9 days is too long and it must have been confiscated. Did you do the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail Express International or just Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box? For future purchases, spend the extra $25 for Express.

In your current unfortunate situation, get ready for a 2 and a half month wait before it gets to you, ie; order more juice from Madvapers.com. It took just over 2 months for Halo to receive my confiscated order from Customs and I received NOTHING in terms of notification except for an email from the good people at Halo upon receiving the Returned Package.

I wish you good luck and get a Support ticket going in about 2 months, asking Halo to look again for your Returned items.

Interesting.... I JUST received an email from Halo:

Date Of Shipment: Aug 8, 2014

Shipped To Name: My Name Here

Shipping Carrier: USPS

Shipping Service: Priority Mail Express International

Tracking Number(s): EC20xxxxxxx

That means Halo charged me on Monday but didn't send the package until today, Friday. I was anxiously awaiting for the package to ARRIVE, today.

Thank you Dave and Evie, so am I! I can procure of Halo juice in Canada but for some reason, the hardware is impossible to find. So whenever Halo has a Sale I load up on hardware (that was VV batteries, a few tanks and some coils) and add some juice too, just to minimize the shipping fees; ie, one less Canadian supplier order.
