Canvape Question

I ordered a joyetech ego-C from Canvape on morning Friday. I thought that processing would take max. 2 days since i'm in Ottawa. I waited until today, but the order didn't process and i was worried that they didn't receive my payment or something. I paid via moneybookers. I tried emailing and calling, but no one would answer. Should i be worried about this or not? It's my first time ordering from Canvape, so i'm not sure.

I've ordered a ton of stuff from Canvape.. Usually takes 1-2 days to process the order, then a day in transit with Canada Post. Never had an issue.

I do always use Interac e-transfer with them, not sure if Moneybooks is easier/harder to collect on their end?

U ordered on Friday so depending on what time that was at, your order would get processed today Monday this is normal, and well probably get in the mail today Monday or tomorrow Tuesday and u should recieve it before end of the week. this has been my experience.

Well, i ordered it at 10AM. Is it because i used Moneybookers or is that irrelevant to the processing?

Sorry for the hassle guys, but they said Canadapost would send a tracking email, but they didn't which would mean the product hasn't shipped, correct? I usually get the Canadapost emails within a few hours but it's been around 12 hours now.

Usually well get the email from Canada post in a few hours or so after Canvape sends their shipping one mate. Your item has been shipped If Canvape says it has. You should recieve your parcel within a few days.

I ordered from them twice... 1st time it arrived the day after I ordered it, next time it took 2 days to arrive... regular canada post both times.
