I used to do that when I first started. When I got some in the mail, I would leave the caps and tips off over night to "air out", then the next morning I would replace them and stick them in my
vape drawer. I've since stopped doing that cause I really saw no difference in it. Now I just "burp" new bottles every now and then. Take cap off squeeze old air out, let new air in then put back in drawer. Maybe once a day for a week, then let them sit and age.
Some people say to do that with juices that are made with flavors mixed with alcohol (or PGA) to let the alcohol evaporate off cause it tastes funny.
