Hi Guys,

After reading on here about Cape Cod cleaning cloths i decided to try them out as my mum had some at her house.

They are amazing !!, my GGTS was looking a little sad for itself but this polish brought it up like new and with no effort at all !!.

I know Lisa at Cloud9 vaping will have these in stock soon and I would highly recommend them, i know ill be getting some or maybe my mum will just have trouble finding hers :D

Cape Cod cloths for me. When something works that good I don't look any further. 16 years working with aluminum and two things have worked about equally as good, Never Dull, and Cape Cod cloths. There is something about that polishing cloth that comes in the can of CCC that I really like. I suggest using latex gloves with any of this type of solvent though. It DOES soak into your blood.

You simply wipe it down with the wet cloth and then use a clean soft cloth (there is one provided in the tin can) to wipe it down. It does leave a protective coating that you can't tell is there. But it will stay nice and shiny longer than without any protection. They make the brass parts shine very quickly with very little elbow grease. Then you can use a silver or gold polishing cloth for jewelery daily for finger prints.

Cape Cod rules, use it only once a week or so and wipe down once a day with a soft cloth for 10 minutes, GGTS stays like new this way. Also I don't sand down the contact points, just wipe them clean, that way they stay clean and don't wear out. Flitz once in a while when I don't feel like wiping it everyday.

thats very good point Emonty. You can sand the connections only if you see that dirt is persistent:)

Is that a vent hole on the side of the bottom cap?

Yes the latest edition has in addition to the original vent holes on the bottom, extra vent holes on the side of the cap too, in order to prevent the rocket thrust effect of a venting battery in case of battery failure or explosion.

That's an extra protection for an already super safe device. GG by excellence:thumb:
