Capella 13ml flavor bottle

Hi guys. I been vaping 8 moths now. First i was on Chines e-liquid, then i went to premium American and now i am at DIY because i have hard time following 22$ per 30ml.
I read here everything i need for DIY and for now i have 2 question.
1.
I have one Capella New York Cheesecake 13ml bottle. Tell me please where is and which number represent expiration date or batch made date?
2.
I made 20 clones of Mothers Milk and Unicorn blood, but after 19 days of steeping(closed cap, shaking with hand every 3 day) i feel only soapiness. Temperature in room where i keep e-juice and supplies was 10 degrees Celsius(outside weather influence).
What now? Will things change dramatically in these 10 days that is left for "30 day steeping" ?
By the way, Dragons Blood clone that i made was premium good after 10 days of steeping. I guess it would be good even if i try it day after.

UPDATE: I called shop that sell me that bottle of Capella flavor to ask them same question and do you know what they told me:
CAPELLA DON'T HAVE EXPIRATION DATE. I think he wanted to distance himself from any of my further question. Like, why did you sell me bottle that is old?

Capella flavorings are primarily based in PG. NY Cheesecake is made with artificial and natural flavorings. PG stays good for a long time, I assume the artificial flavorings do as well. I would guess the only limiting factor would be the natural flavorings. Since they are dissolved in PG, I would assume that acts as a sort of preservative. The just of what I'm saying is that Capella flavorings will last quite a while. I have a couple of Capella flavorings that are at least a year old and they are just as good as the day I bought them. Don't worry about it too much.

I'd agree with CK above (check out his music too, the dude can sing!) about the expiration dates. I have old flavorings hanging around that don't seem to have changed in more than a year.

As to the soapiness, I get that too when I use too much flavoring

You can get rid of some of it by open-cap steeping for a few days. Squeeze the air out a couple of times too (some call this burping the bottles) but the ultimate solution would be to use less flavoring.

Did the recipes specifically call for Capella flavoring or did they say something else? Are you sure you are measuring accurately?

Can you adjust the recipes and try to use a little less flavoring and see if that helps?

First i like to thank for quick reply to both.
All clones recipes are taken from web and half of them received good reviews. I cant post link, but one of them is Mothers Milk clone from "99juices" and it has 26 good reviews so i guess it should be vapable.
Few of them are from here, 54 page thread(i read it all): My first go at mixing...Mothers Milk Clone...Lets start with a question

I bought 10 x 1ml syringes for every flavor so i can follow recipes to spot on.
I even made "Claim your throne" recipes. And after 19 days it smells bad. Then i took blander and mix it, poured liquid back to glass bottles(i use only them). After hour i returned and smelled what was left in blender and it smelled just like "Claim your throne" ,spot on, so i guess breeding is definitely what will help. What i poured back to glass bottle still smalls bad.

Some of Mothers Milk clones smell just like true Mothers Milk, but taste is bad(i have mother milk to compare).
How do you steep vanilla custard based e-juice? And did somebody of you try to make successful Unicorn blood or mothers milk?
By the way i am vaping my Dragons blood clone now in Kayfun and for god sake it is premium, nothing worse then mother milk.
Here is recepis for that (i download it from web).

Custards and creams need to steep for at least 2 weeks if not more. When letting them breath only do it for an hour at a time. Shaking a few times each day helps. I use a milk frother I got from IKEA for less than 5 dollars. it helps aerate your liquid. Using a blender is good for bigger batches.
