Capella Marshmallow

Hey DIYers...

I have a bunch of Capella Marshmallow that I haven't used and am wondering what to do with. Aside from using it as a sweetener or additive, are there any recipes that use it as a main ingredient?

I recently made a smores recipe with TFA's Toasted Marshmallow, White Chocolate, and a touch of Graham Cracker and Vanilla Swirl. Equal amounts of the White Chocolate and Marshmallow. That's the best I can come up with for Marshmallow being a main ingredient, smores that is.

I did a peanut butter and banana split mix with Capella. How about a fluffer-nutter juice with peanut butter and marshmallow? A touch of graham cracker crust to make a toasted marshmallow?

That sounds good,and i have all those flavors.What percentages did you find worked the best for it?

Mix 8% sweet strawberry
4% marshmallow
2% coconut
