I'm not the best at my own recipes and I usually make strawberry cream mixed. But I found an awesome vanilla recipe and I need expert advice on the sweetener!
Tfa Bavarian cream 3%
Capella french vanilla 4%
Tfa sweet cream 3%
Capella vanilla custard 5%
Tfa vanilla swirl 2%
Tfa whipped cream 2% but I'm using capella vanilla whipped cream instead.
Tfa sweetener 1%
I made this a few weeks ago and I'm using it in my smok INFIIX POD system ( great btw)
I feel the tfa sweetener at 1% is ok but just a little too sweet, so I used TFA marshmallow at .5% because I wanted to give it more of a silky mouth feel while sweetening.
Does anyone know which route is better? Tfa has EM and sucralose sweetener and I don't want the EM to mute anything. But at .5% tfa marshmallow it's bland. Should I add more marshmallow or will that kill the vanilla flavoring?
It still has to steep I made a bigger batch this time so I don't want to ruin it.
