Hi everyone.
I just started DIY and one of the flavors i did picked up is watermelon. I did mixed it at 5%/10%/15%/20% left it for 2 weeks.
Nether or them taste good, some really nasty taste.
I wanted to ask, if anyone has experiences with this flavor, anything what can improve the taste.

I really love raspberry so i just mixed it with some raspberry at 50/50 for 15% waited for 2 weeks. No raspberry taste, only that nasty taste.
Any flavors what will be good with this watermelon to change this flavor. Or i just have to trash it and move on with something else.

Thank you for any help.

I recently did a Raspberry Cheesecake using Cappella's. I only use 2% in that and I could really taste the raspberry.

Here's a chart for Capella's flavorings %, granted everyone's tastes vary. Hope it helps you! I know everyone says start low.

I just mixed up a cap raspberry and cap juicy lemon buy I mixed it with 8% Raspberry... WAY to much... I will dilute my mix and see if that helps right now it tastes perfumey.

TFA seems weak to me and from all that I have read Cap Watermelon is terrible. In fact every flavor manufacture has a few winners and losers among the ranks. You will find lots of average flavors and then a few that really shine. Like TFA Strawberry Ripe and Sweet Raspberry. Capella Strawberry is also good but something in it makes me cough really bad. Then Capella has their custard which half the vaping community loves but I hate every custard myself. I guess if I were a custard man I would much prefer Capella over TFA.

Then you have FW who I think makes some of the best mint/cinnamon/ice flavors and the blood orange is amazing. But some FW flavors to me taste way off like Dr Pepper and Iced Tea. Could be the percentages although I tried drop by drop and never seemed to nail either of those by themselves. Yet I tried One Stop DIY who has their own Sweet Southern Tea and Arnold Palmer which are so good I can't even begin to describe how good. The strange thing is One Stop flavors are highly concentrated yet you can drink it right from the bottle. Most any other concentrate will knock your taste buds out and burn your mouth on contact. I can literally drop this stuff in my mouth as if it were a syrup rather then a concentrate.

So if at first you don't succeed keep trying as there are so many flavor companies out there. But I get this feeling FW might be one of those who makes a good Watermelon. If some of their other fruit is any indication I would bet my money on them at least once. I just know I personally hated some of their already mixed flavors like Ecto, Dr Pepper and Iced Tea. Even a friend who can vape almost anything said the Ecto tastes and smells like Cat Piss in a bottle. But some people love Ecto and maybe Cat Piss flavoring will find it's way into more flavor lines.
