caps that come on atomizers

I picked up a battery powered passthrough to try a 3 piece design with a 510 connector, and mainly intended to use it for dripping

can the caps that come on atomizers be used as cartridges if I add some blue foam or wicking material to them? they seem to have a cavity that can hold liquid, and holes for airflow

All of the ones that I've ever seen can be used as carts, just as you've said (they are carts, just without the stuffing.)

Those are the ones I've been using to test the different foam mods. So far I like the BFD mod the best.
