Captain Jack is one of the flavors from Halo that I was the most eager to try. The description on the website says it is "not for the faint of heart!" so I was expecting a pretty serious juice! Maybe even too harsh? Nothing could be further from the truth! I found Captain Jack to be super smooth, and an extremely complex flavor. At first I noted a sweetness, then a spice, then a rugged tobacco (almost like pipe tobacco) flavor. Then there was this bourbon flavor that mixed perfectly with the spice, and all of a sudden I was (in my mind) smoking an expensive cigar with a fine Scotch. This juice is awesome! The throat hit is probably right up there with Torque 56, very satisfying and the vapor production was really solid!

For flavor I give Captain Jack a 5 of 5 stars.
For throat hit once again it gets 5 of 5 stars.
For vapor production I'm going with 4.5 of 5 stars.

I don't think this would be an all day vape for me, much like I wouldn't have a cocktail with breakfast LOL This is for the night, either winding down after a hard days work or heading out for an evening adventure. This is the James Bond of smoke juice!!

I got these a while ago, early these year i think and i must say it had a really big TH but the flavor was very different from what they describe or you :) i was a getting if not only but mostly a sweet honey taste like if i was just dripping honey in the atty lol vapor was good but for the flavor i actually throw the 7ml bottle away.

Got it from a reseller locally so i dont know maybe it had something to do with it ? i guess it was well steeped by the time i got it and actually it sit over here for more than a week yet the flavor of honey was the same.

Captain Jack was not what I expected. It's a robust flavor, but it's a little too sweet and complex for me. Throat hit was good, but it didn't knock my socks off (a good thing). When the description mentioned pipe tobacco, I was thinking more Cuban Cigar.

OTOH, My favorites from Halo are Torque56 and Prime 15. Those are as close to a real tobacco cigarette as I've ever vaped.

Halo Tribecca is also a good vape, IMO. It has little sweet undertones, but otherwise good tobacco vape.

Halo juices are definitely cleaner vapes and my lungs feel better vaping Halo juices than any other. Some juices give you that "I smoked too much last night feeling" if you overdo it. I don't ever get that vaping Halo juices and have often wondered what the difference was.

I have noticed that too, Dave. Even after chain vaping I don't wake up feeling like I ate an alleycat the night before LOL Nice Goldtop BTW, I have an Epiphone Les Paul Standard in Heritage Cherry Sunburst myself.
