I am assuming that Annette can make this custom flavor since she carries both flavorings but I wanted to ask before ordering... I did send an email maybe two weeks ago but I haven't heard back (checked my spam box too).

RedHen, a couple people have asked about it. Annette's been marathon mixing for a while, I'm sure she'll let us know when she comes up for air! You could always just place your order through the custom link and request that flavor.
