Caramel flavoring

I recently bought a bottle of Caramel flavoring from ecigexpress. It is the "Caramel Clear Signature Label" flavor. So far it seems too strong and I will need to get some sweetener for it. Is it normal for Caramel flavorings to need steeping? Thanks for the help.

Are you using it to DIY, or just vaping it? I'm just asking because it's a flavoring, not an e liquid, and that would explain the issues you are having with it.

No I meant to say that I was mixing it. I usually use a 50/50 PG/VG liquid to make my own. I'm just not use to using a caramel flavor.

Other than that, yes. I've noticed that when I buy caramel or butterscotch liquids, they often need more steeping than say, fruit flavors.

What percentage did you mix at?

I think it was about 15%. Then I cut it down a bit and added sweetener.
