madvapes has a good selection of single and dual coil cartos with one and two holes pre-punched. If you vape thicker juice, you're going to want 2 holes. Maybe even 3 holes.

You can even punch them yourself! I think clouds of vapor sells a carto punch. You can also buy a punch at home depot. Be sure to search for info on how to do it first because you can ruin a carto if it is done incorrectly. Also many suppliers on ecf now sell pre-punched cartos. Good luck and happy vaping!
