Hi,

I got a new e-cig system from smoketip, which is the first 1 I have ever had. I went thru 2 carts without any problems and now the other 4 in the pack are leaking juice when I inhail... This is awful and makes me wonder if this is part of my pain issues (sore tounge and throat) from getting the nic juice in my mouth. I have tired blowing in the batt end to make the ecig vap in the hope that it would burn off some excess juice and work properly, but no such luck... it does burn off vapor but doesn't stop the problem. I am VERY disappointed in this and just wondered if there is anything I can do to make it so I can still use these carts?

Some carts are higher resistance meaning it takes alot more suction to get vapor.. If you are getting liquid in the mouth, it means that either the cart is overfilled or the resistance is WAY too high. I set aside the carts like that and return them when I am ready to order new ones... Depending on the vendor, they will swap them out for new ones.

A lot of your question has to do with what model you are using to vape. I personally use the m401 and used to get a LOT of juice in my mouth every time I refilled for the first couple vapes. I learned after much trial and error that there were two factors contributing to this; the juice I was using and the method I was using to refill my carts.

With regard to the juice - Try purchasing a small sample (5ml) bottle from vaporstation or vaporbomb and see if that helps. Both of those suppliers make juice that is a PG/VG mix, which basically means that it is a bit thicker in consistancy. That may help quite a bit.

With regard to the model - If you are using an m401 or similar model with the smaller juice resevoir inside of the cart, then make SURE you use a paper clip and push the little resevoir to the top when you refill, rather than dropping juice down into the cart and aiming for it. What was happening for me was that I didn't think it was necessary to push it to the top, as I seemed to be able to drop it right onto the little filler without missing, but I didn't realize that some of the excess juice would seep into the space between the two pieces and then eventually get into my mouth.

Between these two things, hopefully this will help eliminate the juice getting in your mouth. It hasn't happened a single time for me since I changed those two things.

Sorry I didnt provide enough info... Its actually a KR808D, and its prefilled carts that I got with the starter kit that I haven't filled or altered in anyway. The only thing I did to them was give them a 2 hour car ride? I have blown in the batt end, the cart in both ends and still when i take a pull I get a squirt of juice that is not the worst thing i've ever tasted but not very enjoyable either!

That sucks same thing happened to me when i first started. What i did was, Cuss really loud for a min then took of the cart and started dripping. It worked for me and i haven't scared the hell outa the dog Since that fateful day.

Well I have part 1 covered, but as for teh dripping, not really sure how to do that on my model of ecig... well on any model of ecig for that matter!
