When you remove a cart from the battery to recharge the battery, do you need to put the plastic .... plug back in the cart to keep the juice from drying out while you charge the battery?

only if your not going to use the cart for a few days/weeks. it will take over a month to dry one out without the condoms on it. having said that, i alway put the condoms back on when im not using a cart because i think its more sanitary.

I refill my cartos, so I always have a condom and .... plug on all cartos not being used, I just do not want the juice to leak out.

The CoolCarts do not absorb as fast as regular cartos, therefore, the carto will leak!

So IMO, no you do not need to put it on, unless like sooper said, not being used for a day or so.

I use either a plain condom or the ....-plug, and have no leakage. When I fill/refill cartos I blow ONCE from the mouth end to clear excess juice and this keeps everything dry.

(....-plugs and condoms and leakage oh my!)
