So I had a d.o.a atamozier for the riva. I called LF and they were out of stock so they sent me one for the joyce 510. So i got it today and it tastes funny. Like really funny. The vaper production is GREAT but it kinda tastes like maybe they sent me a cartamizer instead. But the two pieces came a apart. I used drip tips so i took the other piece off and dripped the liquid in. It tastes gross though!! I don't know wat to do. I've been doing really good the last couple days with only one analog a day. Today I've had three because I just cant vape this thing its nasty. PLEASE HELP!

I think what you are tasting is the primer fluid that some atties have in them when new. I suggest you get a bit of paper towel, stuff it up the atty and blow hard down the other end to blow the fluid into the paper. Then put your drip tip on, drip some fresh juice in and vape it. The primer taste will go away anyway after a while but this will make it go more quickly.

I'm betting it's the primer- to keep them from drying out/getting unusable, most companies ship atties with some "primer" fluid already on them. It tastes like crap.

Alternatively, it may need cleaning. (I know, why would a new atty need cleaning? Sometimes they do, though.)

By the way, a Riva atty and a 510 atty are the same thing, I think...

PS- If it were a cartomizer, you'd know- they don't look the same.
