Carto availability?

As I'm waiting for my starter kit to arrive, I'm taking note of the obvious shipping issues Bloog has and trying to decide how problematic it's going to be.

How many here have had issues getting cartos, and how often does it happen?

Last week I ordered Monday and got my Starter Kit Saturday.

as far as shipping I am sorry for any who are having problems... Shipping confirmations have been slow to arrive via email...sometimes people are getting them the same day their products arrive we are working on that glitch... Also the holidays and inclement weather have caused some delays...but we should be back on track with everything now...

Also there was a very high demand for the MaxxFusion, greater then anticipated so it cause some shortages and also we had a ton of orders to fill at one time so were a little crazed getting them out...but we have a huge order coming in to meet demand and will try our best to make everything right with every customer.

Leaford is working hard in with the factory to correct any Inconsistencies ....if you are having any issues with cartos please let leaford know and we will do our best to make it right by you!!

we will look into it and let you know... my partner has interests in other internet sale sites.. and he handles that end of the business as far as shipping.. as far as i know at the moment it may be due to a deals he has made with other shipping companies... but i promise you to bring it up and discuss the option...i have no opposition to it...

thanks for the reply! i was just thinking that since the boxes are supplied for free, that your company would save money, and us customers would pay less for shipping. seems like a win-win to me.

I totally agree sooperdrave! In order to be competitive with other e-cig companies Bloog needs to lower their shipping prices!

I have been a big supporter of MaxXFusion. I first purchased a box of prefilled RY4 to try them out. I was very impressed and refilled them without any issues. I then purchased 50 blank MF cartos. After going through 10 cartos with burnt taste I gave up and went back to V4L and purchased WOW blanks as I never had any problems with any juices I use. I refuse to waste any more juice trying to find a good carto in the remaining blanks I had left. If this problem is addressed I would try them out again. Finally, I do hope the shipping gets worked out. I ordered from V4L on Monday and tracking shows my order being delivered today and they use usps. Same result with my juice supplier FSUSA. This is the kind of reliability and service I am used to from my suppliers. I would really appreciate hearing some solutions instead of all the excuses. I like Bloog's product and service when it works.

just goes to show how peoples perception is different..... every V4L wow carto ive ever used has burned and been junk after the first fill.

You are right sooper. One of the differences could be that I use a pt most of the time and use FSUSA juices. That combo gets good results for me with the wow cartos. The flavors come through strong and I get tons of vapor. They will get hot which is another reason I wanted to use the MF. I couldn't get many of the MF cartos to work at all on my pt. I stopped after going through 10 MF cartos. A few worked for a half hour before they went bad. 20% of them were bad and I was wasting juice. If they aren't compatible with my preferred juice on my preferred pt, then they just don't work for me. I hope others have great experiences with Bloog.

The premiums seem to work better at higher(5+)V.You should try them.They stay cooler.That said I recieved a Bloog carto in the mail from a very nice friend here and I have to say I am impressed.It vapes wonderfully at 5v and I really like it alot.Next time I am able to order stuff,I may give it a go.Ill keep my eyes on you guys and see how everyone else likes them.Good job!
