carto burning? bad carto?

im using a standard resistance, vertical coil, boge carto on a 808 volt. i filled it even let it sit over night and its still burning. could the carto just be bad? i checked the resistance and its coming out to 3.02 ohms. juice is about 50/50

It's a bad carto. Boge has had a string of duds that has been floating around. Trust me, your not the only one that has been experiencing this with Boges. If you got it from CCV then they have a warranty on all of their cartos. So, you can get replacements. With other vendors then it would be best to give them an email to see if they have a warranty of some sort.
