What's the difference between a cartomizer and a clearomizer???

clearomizers have a clear tube on the outside instead of the metal tube, that way you can see what's in 'em and see how much juice is left

If I'm not mistaken, don't cartomizers also have the fiber fill like cartridges have in them, as well as a long wick? Clearos don't have any of the fiber fill, just a couple thick, long wicks to bring the juice up to the coil.
