Carto+condom+vg=clog and drip

I can't figure this out. I've condom filled cartos sucessfully for a few mths now. Anywhere from 50/50 to 80pg/20vg.

I just did some DIY and it came out 80vg/20pg-oops, way too much vg!

Even tho I've thinned it some with pg and water, it easily clogs my carto, so I have to blow it out, then it continues to drip onto my batt while I'm vaping.

Is it the VG, the water? I've also just opened and am using 5 new Bogelr's, but I don't think it's them,

I think it's the vg. I'm not sure but it seems to me like vg gets runny when it's heated and leaks as bad or worse than pg does. I received some diy supplies monday, and decided to try some different ratios of pg and vg. 80/20 was about as much vg as I've tried before. I'm dripping some 30/70 at the moment and I have to constantly wipe around the atty connection. I know this didn't help much, but hopefully someone else will kick in with some solutions.

You might have added just a bit too much PG and water. Here's what I'm wondering, though; when you say it's clogging your cartos, do you mean it prevents you from drawing any vapor out of them? If air is still moving through the carto, then it isn't clogged. Since you say that it's still leaking, this makes me thing that the mix is way too thin and it's just running right out of the filler. VG is also going to change in viscosity when it gets heated, so that's a consideration, but I don't think that's the problem.

I DIY my juice at a 50/50 or a 60PG/40VG mix and the only time I encounter any leaking is if I accidentally overfill.

There's something weird going on here because I DIY my own juice at 100% VG diluted with 5% distilled water and I've never had a clogged carto or any other problems with it. Especially no leaking. It sounds like you dilluted it too much.

Edit: Are you hearing gurgling when you draw?

Well, it seems that over 50% vg does work well with a fast condom fill. It doesn't seem to absorb into the filler quick enough, and goes right up the center tube- then I have to blow it out and then the heat makes what's left drip onto the batt while vaping.
