ive seen a bunch of stuff about cart mods and i was looking into the blue foam and was wondering if i could do this on a cartomizer too. maybe if i cut it out enough so it wasnt touching the center wick? or would it matter, kind of a dumb question but dont want to buy the stuff if its not going to work im on a really tight budget. also anything else that i could do to a carto i do have a couple i took the polyfill out of so im open to experiment if its cheap or just something i could have laying arround the house

I'd love to know too- and I havent found the blue foam anywhere- I AM fixing to run to town, so, what can I put in my carts? or Cartos? mine are tasting alot like some icky juices I tried..... :( LOL

Sorry didnt mean to steal your thread, but fiqured I could save bandwidth if I tagged along :)

lol its all good, did u try cleaning the cartos? i had some menthol cig2o carts thats tasted like caugh drops so i ran em under some hot tap water for awhile and blew as much of the water out as i could and let them sit and it completely got rid of the menthol. id recommend letting em sit for a couple days though i only let em sit overnight and there was still some water in em so i didnt get the full flavor of my e juice

You cannot change the stuffing in a cartomizer - there are wires and wicks and stuff in the stuffing. Some people mod clearomizers aka clear fluxomizers, the clear CE2 model cartos (see GotVapes.com).

For carts - precut blue foam for 510 see strictlyejuice.com. For other models - if smaller carts than 510 I recommend cutting down the 510 pieces. Else for 10x the cost buy the uncut at PetSmart in the aquarium dept: Marineland Rite Size U Foam Sleeve

I came up with a centrifuge device to get almost all of the water out of the carto's. It works good but I still put them in the toaster oven for 40 min at 150* and let them sit a day.

Just attach to a drill and spin away.... (do it over the sink)

I take no responsibility for flying parts or lacerations.

(edit) I forgot to add.. I saw several posts about using the blue foam. A quick search should find all the info you need. I would assume that as long as you keep to the general size and shape of the poly fill you should be golden.
